Montco's advising team is here to provide the academic assistance you need. Whether you need a little help with choosing a program or scheduling classes, our academic advisors have got you covered.

Advisors are available to meet with students in Blue Bell, Pottstown, and virtually through Zoom.  We offer day, evening, and weekend hours.*

If you are a current student at Montco looking for registration assistance, the Student Services Resource Center (SSRC) team is available to assist you via  or email at ssrc@mc3.edu. We can work with you to register for classes, answer financial aid questions, make an online payment, change your program of study, and much more!

Hours and locations

Advising is available by appointment only. We continue to offer virtual appointments on Zoom for student flexibility. On campus, our advisors can be found in College Hall (Blue Bell) and on the 1^st floor of South Hall (Pottstown Campus).

Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (virtual only during fall and spring semesters)
Sunday: closed

Closings

Services are closed on the following days:

• Wednesday, November 27-Saturday, November 30, 2024  (Thanksgiving holiday)
• Tuesday, December 10 - college closes at 5 PM
• Tuesday, December 24-Wednesday, January 1, 2025 (Winter Break)
